Terms and Conditions
Purpose
These terms apply to all custom software development services provided by Votre-Logiciel.com to its clients.
Services
Votre-Logiciel.com develops custom software according to specifications agreed with the client. Terms are defined in a signed quote before any work begins.
Code Ownership
Developed source code is transferred to the client upon delivery and full payment. Votre-Logiciel.com retains no ownership rights over the deliverables.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a 30% deposit is due upon signing the quote. The balance is due upon delivery. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
