Purpose
These terms apply to all custom software development services provided by Votre-Logiciel.com to its clients.
Services
Votre-Logiciel.com develops custom software according to specifications agreed with the client. Terms are defined in a signed quote before any work begins.
Code Ownership
Ownership of the source code depends on the chosen formula, as defined in the quote. In the case of a purchase, the source code is transferred to the client upon full payment. In the case of a rental over a defined period, Votre-Logiciel.com retains ownership for the duration of the contract; the source code is then secured and handed over to the client should Votre-Logiciel.com no longer be able to run the service. In all cases, the client's data belongs to them and remains hosted in France.
Payment
Payment terms depend on the chosen formula and are specified in the quote. Under a purchase, the software is paid upfront or in several monthly instalments. Under a rental, a fee is due over the defined period, upfront or in monthly instalments. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is due upon signing the quote. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
