2. Data Collected
Via the contact / qualification form: first name, last name, business email, phone, company, website, sector, size, project description and, where applicable, a specification file you attach. Via audience measurement (only if you consent): technical and statistical browsing data (page views, referrer, device type).
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
To process and qualify your enquiry, then contact you (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and the agency's legitimate interest). To measure site audience in order to improve it (legal basis: your consent, collected via the cookie banner). Your data is never sold.
4. Retention Period
Form data: kept for the duration of the relationship and up to 3 years after the last contact if there is no follow-up (B2B prospecting). Audience-measurement cookies: 13 months maximum.
5. Hosting, Recipients and Processors
Data is hosted on Supabase, within the European Union (Frankfurt region, Germany), with strict security rules (Row Level Security). We use the following processors: Supabase (database and storage, EU), Vercel (website hosting, USA), Resend (email delivery), Google (Google Analytics for audience measurement and Gemini for enquiry pre-qualification). Transfers to the USA (Vercel, Google) are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework.
6. Cookies
This site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly audience measurement that sets no cookies. It may also use Google Analytics, which sets measurement cookies: these are only enabled after your explicit consent via the banner shown at the bottom of the page. You may accept or refuse at any time, and withdraw your consent by clearing your browser cookies. No advertising cookies are used.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@votre-logiciel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
